Built by roasters, for roasters.
RoasteryHub exists because spreadsheets stopped scaling at exactly the moment your roastery started to. We build the operating system we wish we had when we were filling lots by hand at 6am.
Take the operations weight off roasters.
Specialty coffee is craft. The work of running a roastery — tracking lots, chasing payments, syncing standing orders, answering "is this fresh?" — is not. We move every minute of operational overhead we can to software.
RoasteryHub is a single platform: FIFO inventory, credit-aware orders, customer portal, recurring fulfillment, AI assistant. One source of truth, multi-tenant from day one, with the database constraints to back it up.
What's in the box.
Auto-split roasts into lots. Oldest pulled first.
Atomic check + apply. No overselling, no oversharing limits.
Cafés place their own orders. You see them live.
Ask in plain English. SQL is validated, RLS still applies.
Tenant isolation enforced in Postgres, not in app code.
Turkish and English, currency-aware. Your team's choice.
What we believe.
Every feature ships with a real roastery using it. If it doesn't survive a Monday morning, it doesn't ship.
Credit limits, payment terms, tier pricing, atomic checks. Not a toy. The constraints live in Postgres, not in JavaScript hopes.
Export anything, anytime. We don't trap roasters in our schema. If we ever stop being the right tool, leaving should be easy.
Where this came from.
We started by helping a friend's roastery in Istanbul move off a 14-tab Google Sheet. The first version ran inventory and orders. Within a month, two more roasters wanted the same thing.
What we kept hearing: the SaaS built for general food & beverage doesn't understand roast lots, freshness windows, or the rhythm of a café-roaster relationship. The tools built for coffee retail don't understand wholesale credit. So we built the missing layer.
Today RoasteryHub runs in production for a small group of specialty roasters across Turkey and Europe. We're in no rush to be the biggest. We're in a rush to be the most useful.
Small, hands-on, on call.
RoasteryHub is built by a small team that personally onboards every roastery. When something breaks, the same person who designed it answers. No tier-1 support. No queue.
