Terms.

By creating an account or using RoasteryHub, you (or the organization you represent) accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you're acting on behalf of a roastery, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

RoasteryHub is a multi-tenant SaaS for specialty coffee roasters: inventory tracking, customer & order management, recurring orders, café portal access, AI features. We may add, change, or remove features. We'll tell you in advance if we remove something material.

Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including any staff or café portal users you invite. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You confirm that the data you upload is accurate, that you have the right to upload it, and that it doesn't violate the law or any third party's rights.

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication.
• Use RoasteryHub to store or transmit malware, illegal content, or content infringing on others' rights.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
• Use the AI features to generate misleading, harassing, or harmful content.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Trials are free for 14 days; we'll prompt you before any charge. You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active through the period you've paid for, then ends.

We refund unused time on annual plans within 30 days of renewal if you decide RoasteryHub isn't the right fit. Monthly plans aren't pro-rated. Refunds for our mistakes (e.g. extended downtime) are handled case-by-case — please reach out.

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant RoasteryHub the limited license needed to host, process, and display it back to you and your authorized users.

We own the RoasteryHub platform, brand, and software. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you, or yours to us.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice when reasonable. On termination we retain backups briefly to allow you to export, then permanently delete tenant data.

RoasteryHub is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan courts and enforcement offices.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
